Rappelz 7.4 Server Files

Hi all. I've decided to go ahead and release these files then 'retire' from Rappelz. This release includes a fairly recent herlock exe (end of August, not much has changed since then) as well as official databases, lua files, and maps. It also includes the patch and log servers and the official gm tool. Do what you want with these, enjoy :
