Recording Sound

Yeah, normally I would just record the screen of RuneScape. For 2011, I plan on making live commentaries of RuneScape but I want to record in-game sounds as well as my microphone at the same time on one sound card. I also need a full version of Fraps to record longer than 30 seconds. I used to use Camtasia (and still do).

If you know how to do this on Windows Vista; Basic (x32)

Just use audacity, it's free

Problem, Audacity only records one or the other. I want to use Fraps to record sound and video. While I use Camtasia to record my Microphone OR Audacity.
