[Release] Credits Panel class

Hello, it's my first release, so i hope it will be useful for you.


Functions:
- Payment
- Change name
- Get 2,000,000,000 zen
- Get more 31 VIP days.
- Set full stats to character
- Change stats to character
- Send credits to player

Note:
- You need to define where Username save for who login to the site.
- You need add Database class to construct function.
- It's created for season 2, but it can works for any season, may be change tables in querys.
