its probably because of the antivirus program you have. every time i wanted to download something from here, i had to disable my antivirus, cause it wouldnt allow me to download the file, it got stuck at 99.9%. i dont know if its false-positive or an actual virus in there :S

Mainly a financial issue. Who wants to pay several hundred dollars for a nice server machine and a strong internet connection to host?

The databases aren't setup in the ODBC, or the serverlist.txt files IP address inside isn't correct. Try 127.0.0.1, or go into the CMD, type in ipconfig and look for the IPv4 Address.
