Sir I compared the Hex values of no-ip DLLs of 2 Aion 4.0 servers. Their no-ip are very identical on 99.9 percent of the hex values.. except this values

0f 39 3f 07 4c 10 3f 0e 0a 0d 4c 0d 08 05 00 00 25 --- The IP of this gameserver is 176.31.235.31

02 09 4e 4c 05 0a 0b 33 1b 4c 0c 0b 0a 00 00 00 25 --- I dont know the IP of this server

It seems like you got your 4.3(4.0) Dwarfpicker ...
