SQl default username is "sa" if you put other username when you installed them put your username

i think not...i didnt find such a setting in configs files

Yes, on TradeSystem.ini
Add the number of the map and "0" for trade off.

I dont have firewall/antivir etc.
I've changed IP in:

ConnectServer\Data\BoR_ServerList.dat
Data\MapServerInfo.dat
