[Release] RF Server Files And Tools From Mediafire 2.2.3.2

Zoneserver "Connect World DB Failed".
My Zoneserver always shows that error. I have checked ODBC Settings, I use SQL Server for ODBC Driver.
How to fix the problem?

use ENG option for that dev launcher,
it seems like error code 183,
check your Zone,
Firewall, Allow Port, And check :
WorldInfo/Worldinfo.ini
Check your GateIP

Tried using the ENG on Dev-Launcher but still the error is not ENG
Already checked Zone all RU including KeeperCallCode
Test Firewall OFF and Ports open
Files has no GateIP in Worldinfo.ini
