You haven't placed the 'utils' include file into the includes folder.

I ALready place the utils file to includes folder but dont work. ?????

Does anyone know how i can code a gate in the server? I want to have a gate at the Police Department because everyone can just enter the parking from the Police vehicles, and i dont know how i can get the location (z, x, y) if anyone knows the script that would be great. And how do i change the color from a team? Let's say like the Police gets a blue colored name, FBI light blue and so on, so that you can see it's a police / FBI without the skin only.

How do I find out the faction numbers? Also, I would like to get rid of that, and have everybody start out with all licenses except flying, how can I do that?

Faction numbers by default are
1 - Police
2 - FBI
3 - National Guard
4 - Firemen/Medics
5 - La Cosa Nostra
6 - Yakuza
7 - Gives "None" in stats
8 - Hitmen (Not sure)
9 - News Faction
10 - Taxi
11 - License Faction

THIS wont WORK i made it like you told but now coming this if i do /givelicense 0 <-- ID then coming this "you are not school instructor" and other thing come this " you need be at least rank 3 or something like that :S PLS HELP MEEEE !!!!!!!!!!!!!unch:

Make yourself an admin, connect to your server, type "/makeleader <yourID> 11" and then just "/givelicense driving <yourID>".

Just open the .pwn file in PAWNO and compile the file.

How can I set a color to a team? Ex: Police blue, FBI grey and National Guard dark green?

EDIT: I added this code and all of those have a lightblue name but I would like them all to have different color...

You need SAMP Server. You can download it at the SAMP official website which I can't open...

There are 24/7's where there's a shop that looks like a grocery store (example; the 24/7 at Unity Station, Idlewood)
