Ok, I executed repack.sql, and now I'm going to do the "character_structure.sql" file. After that, should I run all the other structure files and the keylog.sql? And then should I do all the updates for those files in the respective updates folder?

Alright, thanks, I'm in the process of doing them all now.

Can I make a suggestion though for your future repacks?

It's in regards to the repack.sql file.

The files is so large (Roughly 89,000 lines), that Query Browser programs for SQL servers can't load them 100% of time. In fact, my Query Browser took 8 tries before I was able to actually load the script, so I've been doing them via the command prompt for the last few times I've redid the database. It might make it easier for some people if the repack.sql file is broken up into smaller revisions as to make the transition into the query browsers easier. But it's just a suggestion ^^

Well, I use MySQL Query Browser, so it may have trouble if you're using that.

I know for a fact most SQL programs have issues loading larger files as scripts. Also, a lot of the times, even if it does load it, it will give memory access violations because the size of the loading file is more than the program itself is allowed to consume.

Nope, fully redid the entire database, executed every single update script, and still disconnects me as soon as I, or anyone else clicks the "Accept" button when creating a character.

I really hope I'm not the only person experiencing this problem...

Any help would be appreciated~ ^^;

Ye i think that will fix it. call a database world. And extract the repack.sql in there. Then make a database called character. And execute all the other things (character, logon) etc.

Ever, what do you mean?

Did you you do all the updates, and then rerun the repack.sql file to get it to work?

Alright, dropping databases and redoing them into 2 separate databases: world and character

Going to try that. Gotta redownload the files though, because I removed repack.sql after I used it... Probably not the brightest idea on my part, lol...

And.... nope, it did absolutely nothing...

Still disconnects the second anyone presses "Accept" in the character creation screen....

Config files are correct, and the database was split correctly. And by god, with every ounce of programming knowledge I have, this SHOULD be working -_-

cruce you should make 3 db world logon and character dump the sql repack into the world db. Then dump the character_structure sql into the character db followed by the logon sql thats how i did it anyway works 100% for me other then those warlock pets whic never work on any repack but this one is by far the best i've dealt with hope that helps you.
