Hey I was wondering if somebody can make a avatar and a signature for me.

(If you have some Snake Eye's of G.I Joe stock images you can use it, but something more "real")

Avatar&Signature:
I like Black White with some color lights spots.
Something like this.

Sizes:
Avatar, the same of this.
Signature, 400x130 (something in that size, what fits better).
