I need some buttons made for our navigation on teamr3.servegame.com

I need 4 buttons:
Forums
Donations
Voting
Account creation

Width: 200
Height: 75

As you can see the temp. buttons that I have created look bad(I suck w/gimp) and are to big so I was wondering if anyone else wants to give this a try?
