1. I would want Gigorga in any text that looks good, on the right side.
2. Around 350x110 if it looks nice if it doesn't then put whichever you like or feel better doing.
3. Any picture with Edward Norton from Fight Club.
4. Blue, red, and black maybe if it looks nice, if there is any other colors that look nicer than go ahead put it in.
5. Abstract thank you. Or anything else I really don't know a lot of styles.

I couldn't edit the title of my old thread but it was old and I did not want to bump it to get a warning or to get banned so I just made a new thread.
