Reset number error in game

Hello there,

I have this error in game, despite the reset number is correct in Website (Reset is from Website by the way), it doest not show correctly in game. I changed it from Sql, Character database, but even after that it doesnt show right in-game. Reset Points are shown correctly.

I use Muemu Update v25 Custom. Whenever i reset through website. Points come correctly ,but resets do not come, just stays the same. How to solve it?

From the screenshot above, how many resets you had in the moment you saw the -96 resets? 4 resets?
