I keep getting a security issue popup on every page asking me to accept or reject it. Any idea why?

Started saturday or sunday.

rotate.frantech.ca is the ads on the site(the ones that make the web hosting free for RZ), why they're asking for approval I'm not sure, fran may not have updated his cert yet which is why it's asking people to allow or deny till that is done.

I just accepted it because it's just a secure connection (I think xD).
I get it again when I didn't go on the site for like 1hour or more...

And I'm using Opera, have been for years.

I did have it yesterday a few times, I use Chrome.

Like I said, Fran just probably didn't update the cert So it was asking you if you want to allow it or not since it wasn't certified safe.
