I messed with this engine and followed its dev from v.1. It was so buggy that making anything reasonable on it was almost impossible. It used extremely out-dated tech(which I think was stolen from another game), and had so many security issues it was pointless to use.

Nope, that is not framework... And not for web-based games... That same as GameMaker, but in 3D, "Perfect World"-style (and can be used only for create that type of games) with server-side, open-source, all on chinese (manuals too...) and with alot of bugs...
