Hey, i know this have been asked alot etc, but ive downloaded everything, including netframework - VS etc and still cant manage to get pass this wrapper error. Im using 64 bit windows.
If someone could help me out that would be wonderful. thanks.

Yes ive done research and nothing has not helped me yet.
