Scripting Quests and other things

Are there any good resources on scripting quests? I would like to create both my own quests, party quests and import quests from future versions of the game.

I would also like to know how to add additional data like new maps to the server's database. I know this is wz editing, but I assume certain actions must be taken on the server's end as well.

My go-to is reading through already existing scripts. Download HeavenMS and look through how the current quests/PQs are coded. I'm sure you can replicate from there.
