Server Closed

Hello everybody, i have eAthena TXT.
mine grf-files are good, everythign is OK.. but when i'm going to connect to the server... it comes an error like this:

Server closed

any1 can help me?

i had that problem b4 if you have a auto restarter that if your map server crashes it opens automaticly this is what i did.
1.Start the server.[Normal]
2.Login > choose char > server closed.
3.Close map server.[And wil restart again]
4.Login > choose char > and enjoy.
Hope it will work for you..

[EDIT] runserver.zip is the auto restarter..
