FILES -> Where the actual files are.
MYSQL -> What you should put inside C:\xampp\mysql\data
System32 -> What you should put inside C:\Windows\System32
clear.bat -> Clears the logs from the files


General Notes:
Windows doesn't have links, or at least I don't understand how to put them working. So you should keep the same locale, data, packages at channel1 and channel99
until we find another way to do this.

Guide:
Install xampp.
Copy MYSQL folder to C:\xampp\mysql\data.
Start MySQL at xampp control pannel.
Start db.
Start auth after db finished starting.
Start channel1 and game99
