How is it restarting?
When does it crash?

Using eAthena
Specs: Athlon XP 2.6, 768mb ram...
Its a message from Client when i will join the game (after char select)
GameServer dont crash

So on your client, it says server restarting?

Erm....download an unmodified msgtable.txt so that the default message on the client will appear.
