Setting the commands

I put all the commands that are in "atcommand_athena" to 0. Well the ones for just normal characters and such. And they still don't work @_@ What to do to fix it?

Well considering it's quite a list of commands I can't really. But I set most things to 0 that IS for normal players, I think 0 is the thing that is ruining it because I made a GM account, and it is quite fine and the commands work well. So I'm guessing either switching the commands from 0 to maybe like 1 or 10 will work?
