The DR2_Def is not working... but the XML.dat works that's weird cuz there are some stuff in english but all title's between if it's character or item's their name is in korean.... i tried to restore database again and again but nothing works...

I think you did something wrong with your databases because here everything works. try deleting all the databases and use the backups in the tutorials section.
