Simple Website Under Development

Hey Guys,

I am back and i am now a Designer Freelancer so i made some Websites and i failed kinda a bit so i remade one and this one will be under development what it will include

Header
News Box
Navbar
Copyright Bar
Background
Buttons
Newsflash
And some more ...

So i made the layout without buttons right now and i would want to know how it is and what i could change or make better to let it be professional so i post the ss atm from it

Well i have to say if you really want to make a huge thing about it you could try some flash or anything that would make your site POP-out more than the other ones. Be different on your coding. Never think your isn't good enough. Those are my tips to you
