Site Leaders Page bug

For some reason when I go to the site leaders page, it shows me as not logged in. When I log in on that page it says it is successful and when it redirects me back to the page it shows the sign in input boxes again like it never happened. As soon as a switch to a different page of the forum though it shows me as logged in again. Very strange.

I'd like to add the the theme used on the page is not loaded from the user settings. To me it shows the black theme even though I have my settings set to the original white layout.
