Site load times

Getting load time lag on many of the sub-sections. Sometimes as much as 30 seconds before a page loads in.
I've cleared cache and re-logged. Same issue. Tried on two different computers, same issue.

Just wanted to mention it here. Not sure if some back-end issue or not. Either way, not a big deal for me.
