[Solved] IP Launcher Problem

Hello can i any one could help me about this. iv'e been trying to put this ip to my launcher but it seems it wont work because the max of digit. and also i tried to hex but its not working. if any one can make me launcher with this ip would be better to me. thanks before.

Use ultra hex editor it will be sure will be work remember 49 IP you need to edit so need to count it when you put your server IP.

His IP are 12 digit the minimum is 11 if he use STRS still he need to use hex editor.
