Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. I think this should have been put in the WZ editing section but oh well.
As for you're question. There's a couple programs. There's Koolk's map maker. Which lets you go in and actually make the map yourself. Another program is haha01haha01's map maker which also does the same thing. Although Koolk's map editor has had a later release.
HaCreator. (This Might also come with HaExtractor. But Im not sure and am also to lazy to check.)

It's obviously stuff from haha01haha01 (I think that's his name), eg. HaRepacker + HaCreator.
But I don't think he updates the programs anymore cause he took an arrow to the knee.

There's HaCreator and the editor by Koolk. I preferred Ha's but it was just personal preference.
