If someone have QE, please share it
Or just give me a pm I will exchange it with my game sources

Its better to just manually add it all, because the quest editor that timebomb released is nice but buggy.

It's very easy make a Quest Editor (need only written API to reading the diagram), but like Zumina said is very better add manually.
