Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. It's cause u pick up some bugged item, can u tell us more? When this appear?
I had same problem, but it was because i had in inventory invisible bugged items, and when i lot new item from ground i got crashed.

some times is cuz 1 costume hat get 2 inventori slots end but in real is 1 onli like this
