Well this is one thing that is getting onto my nervers now.
I tried literally each and every code i could get my hands on.
Tried checking the diff of codes and tried them all.
Tried so many hit-and-trial codes but none of them paid off.

It is evident that, if G9 Unique is being able to be spawned, then the presence of Soul of Silbadu is obvious. So please dont give me BULL like Soul of Silbadu aint existing.

Thirdly, If anyone know the code for Soul of Silbadu, Please take a little bit of time from your busy schedule and post it here. I would be grateful.

and yeah...coming to your not able to talk in general...well...a few possibilities...
while testing your server..did u ever happen to ban your chat to test the command? and go to your frienddb and check if your chat opts are all set to 1...!!
