Probably wrong placement of str files.

Str Files?
Having problem with step 4. whem I click OK then it tells this :
WAMP server is online :

this doesn't work...
all have this same error in MoopleDEVHey when ever i double click the LocalHostV83 client it goes through the Nexon screen,Wizet screen It flashes the log in screen than shuts down and says this "You have disconnected from the login server.Please try again later"
Console is error free and all it says is IoSession with /MYIPHERE opened.
Also im using hamachi

It exists for me at the login screen...can you help me please ?

I get into my localhost, when I appear in the login screen( username and password) it exits and tells it.When do you get that?
