The table TA_PARTS_GRP_LIMIT wants the values:

GRP (which is group id, 6 for consumables)
GRP_LIMIT (How many items in this group should an user be able to hold in its inventory?)
USE_YN (dunno, i put Y here)
IN_DATE (dunno i have null here)

so to be able to use /giveitem with strength boosters you have to input (limit is up to you):

GRP - GRP_LIMIT - USE_YN
6 2000 Y

Hm... what about gifts?
I Trough with mail working gifts on the shop would work too, but it isn't.

I get an error about password beeing wrong when i try to send gifts, probably nothing to do with this sp

Why Pang Pocket can only add 20k pang per a time ?
How can i increase it ?

it looks like couldn't be added over 20000 pieces per an item.
