Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Limestone networks. a little bit pricy but sure no server down and has its own ddos protection 
if you want a cheap want you can try datashack. even i3 proccessors with 16GB RAM costs only about 59$ but datashack has alot of server down issues
