Support for different languages Forum

My proposal is very simple to do that would be in the forum you can select the display language for the Forum, e.g. Russian or English, or German, and so on, many attending this forum, without knowledge of the English language

Then this suggestion should be deleted because it totally looks translated

If you use google chrome isn't there a translate option so you can translate pages to your chosen language automatic. I will have to double check this but if there is just use google chrome. This is a English forums so the main language to be used should be English.

I cannot allow another language because I more than likely won't speak it, although I would consider Cymraeg.
