Then the launcher should work.
It's tested earlier on thousands PC's, works in all game versions, even with latest Tera 30.03.
The problem can be with web tool you are using. Try use xampp apache.

Using xampp mate.
When I run tera it says "Can't find SSLN"

Probably edit the TERA-Localhost with notepad.
CTRL + F =>

You must be registered to see links

change to your web server and in server list do the same.
Make custom launher and your'e in.

Experiencing same problem with npcs, sometimes they become unselectionable and i have to Unstuck to select them again or go into a fight and back to the npc

Look if NewLauncher/Soft/HexEdit.exe - open with it, change (total letters must be 49! and path to serverlist in 127.0.0.1 must be 49 too!)

P.S.
Added ui saving before flying on pegasus, teleporting. Now teleport appears after fighting with Karascha.


P.S.S. unselectable NPC, yep, the speaking with npc opcode is 0x5C6A (but for now, you can just press Esc and select NPC manually with cursor)

don´t edit in notepad....
you need to use a hex editor else on saving the file with a text editor its scrambled and will not work...
all the NUL will be spaces... and not hex values in the raw file!
