Have the same problem both on Win server r2 and win7 x64
But problem is 100% not in Os, because I already hosted the same server files on my win server 2008 before..
I think it causes because of some errors in .ini config files.But I really don't know, need some time to fix it

It's so stupid and easy
Just need to launch LoongWorld.exe with HelloAlex param
it would be easier to crate some .bat file like this start LoongWorld.exe helloalex

This time with some Chinese (Vietnamese,Korean, idk really but I'm shure that they're from Asia) a little bit working server files
All because of dead LoongIL serverfiles links

Can you reupload LoongIL or 1.3.5 server files please?
