there is no bug, the tails working fine.
More I think they "took it out" of shop and of tradableing it because they added loos gear in tp shop now. Well they are in chest so u get random item but still they are in now. And i think since the most ppl using wizis for apping they just "bugged the tails" to fak ppl patient to buy the chests instead apping.
