Troubleshooting group and relationship features in project69 server

Hey,
So i have every thing running fine, but the only thing i cant do on the server is figure out how to get group to work and also relationship.

when i try add another player it just says "Player rejected your request". This comes up in RED WRITING in chat screen.
so i was wondering where abouts i can fix this?

Also for relationship, when i face the other place and click invite to relationship, it comes up in a box "<PLAYERNAME> has denied your request for a relationship"

answers for this would help greatly.

ok I figured it out,
I had to type @allowpopup in order to see the requests.
How can i make it so it just stays on and you dont have to type this?
