It will work for all webpages since it doesn't involve databases. Nice guide though.

THIS WILL NOT WORK FOR PEOPLE USING A PHP BASED CMS. OriginalCMS,Invoker, and some others I can't think of.
It says HTML and most CMS's are PHP.
