When i try to go PHP>PHP Settings>Short Open Tag and i click i get an error saying:
"Could not execute menu item(international error)
[Exception]Could not performe service action:
The service has not been started."
Help me please.

I'm getting exact the same error. Is there any fix for this?

Hmm okay I'll just ignore the part of

Left-click on Wamp, PHP->PHP Settings-> and tick Short Open Tag

I hope it's not important.
I bit further you say you have to port forward....
I am using no-ip because I have a dynamic IP adress so how should I portforward?

may i noe wad format is sql 's password in ? SHA1 ? cos i cant get the password right while entering my server .

i can only view my site on local ip not on wan ip.
i am behind a router and i have forwarded ports.
any other possible reasons?
