It's for the new TitanMS (look at the Release Selection). That's 0.58.

argh. i cant seem to get the SQL to start service after i press execute during the last part of configuring it. any possible explainations?

This won't get you past character selection.
vc09.pdb needs to be in your src/TitanMS folder, too. Not just src/TitanMS/debug

You need to put a SQL String in the white text box to the left off it.
Just try double clicking on the schema / table you want to goto instead. o_ O;
