He here is a easy tut for good stroke ^_^ that I have wrote.
1) After finishing a signature make a new layer
Layer->New->Layer. (or press Shift+Ctrl+n)
Pic:
2) Put the new layer on the top of the layers. Now choose Magic Wand Tool ( press w ) and click on your signature
(remember to select the new layer that we made in the first step)
now the whole signature will be selected.

3) Now go to Edit->Stroke (keep the signature selected)
Put there the next setings:
Width:1 px
Color: Black
Location: Inside
and press ok, press Ctrl+d
4) Use the Magic Wand tool again ( press w ) and click on the signature again.
Go to Edit->Stroke (keep the signature selected)
Put there the next setings:
Width:1 px
Color: white
Location: Inside
and press ok, press Ctrl+d
5) Last time use the Magic Wand Tool ( prees w ) and
go to Edit->Stroke (keep the signature selected)
Put there the next setings:
Width:1 px
Color: Black
Location: Inside
and press ok, press Ctrl+d
6) Change the layer mode to "Multiply" and that it you fineshed
