no, i tested with player account and dev, both don't work

Maybe because the player is civilian and depending of your reputation you not gain -1 or +1.

its missing the file, or it is on an other folder, search for this file in your source folder, if it exist, change the search path of visual studio or change the include to the directory of the file
for this, search for
#include of the file, and change it in all documents, where it is needed to do this

Its All ok....
The source was compiled some times and ocurred all ok, but unconsciously I click on the Green Set for debug and after this start this error...

you need to compile only in Release/Final build, debug is not needed.

I know that, I clicked on "Start Debugging". I think is a simulation mode, end after this the error start to show .....

like the error said, he cant find the base file to update it, remove it, of the rsbuild.xml or change it, to your files

Modify the amount of EXP in zombie kill.
