1. Insert your CD/DVD Windows XP sp3
2. On the Start menu, click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

after finish installing
open CMD and type "cd C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727"

type again in cmd "aspnet_regiis -i"
when finished close cmd and paste web IRIS Official Website to C:\inetpub\wwwroot
and edit web.config
go to Control Panel - Regional and Language Option
select tab language and tick install files for East Asian languages
restart your computer
and try open your IRIS Official Website
