No, the server can't handle any of the Delia bin folders.
And I don't know how to add TIR coins, never tried.

i formated now i have windows 7,the game now lags badly and i have same errors as before,server doesnt show
server+client are only using 20% cpu and 3 gb ram and the game lags like hell now(yes i have my drivers updated and stuff)
and i cannot connect

Followed the steps as best as I could, though I didn't quite get what exactly was meant in step 5 by copying the Vindictus.exe from the Taiwan client to the EU client, since that's already done a step before.

I also added the following lines to my host file:

looks like for some reason, only the european server has jumping. Don't really get it though since I thought that stuff like that was stored in the client files.

Because you were using US mode not EU. Change that to
vindictus.exe -stage -dev -lang en-eu-x-gm -noupdate

Question about step 7 which tells to copy a data folder and a winnsi.dll:
Am I right in the assumption that these two are supposed to be in the taiwan client folder? And if so, where in that folder is the winnsi.dll? I cannot find it, perhaps it isn't there?

Google shows only two results referring to the dll used by the game, both of them are posts about a user asking how to auto-inject it and another quoting the post with the answer about a GSL matter the user also described. The other results are stuff like dll-download sites, of which I don't really trust any for good reasons.

Also, my question was about where the winnsi.dll is supposed to be located since it's not in the taiwan client folder for me, it's not about what the dll is for.

I've already answered your questions, those two files are for mods they won't add it to an original client, of course.

This mega have a huge collections of mods you might interest in. You can get the GSL from there too.

I see. I understood it in the way that the dll file is being used for mods but also included in the vanilla client, not added by others. Is the file also required if one wants to replace textures of any models, such as clothing or such?

i put high textures,but i disable shader (or put it low) and shadows,lens flare and blur,useless options
i preffer stable 60 fps rather than 30 or 20 at max graphics

To all of you who have this error:

1. Make a clean extract of the Vindictus 1.65 EU client

2. Copy files from NewBin folder to your main Vindictus folder

3. Copy files over from MabinogiHeroes/client folder (this is from Taiwanese client&server pack) to your main Vindictus folder

Those are the only two things that you should copy over - this fixed the above error for me.
