Unable to connect to Character server

seems like everything is working correctly but when i try to login i get "Failed to connect to Character Server" i have no clue why this is happing anyone know how to fix this its is DBOG 2.0.

idk if its part of the problem when i open Channel_1 im getting

i really want to help u , but i got no idea of the actually iossue, same happened to me back thne but was on 1.0 not 2.0 , always fixed it by re-checking the configs for char server/master server ( char server connect) if those dont fix check the router ports try to open some of them maybe the character server ones are closed?? if not check firewall if its blocking ( im sure thats not hte cause ) if any of those dont work, thne its something wiht queryserver.exe maybe bad compiled or require some extra steps to work
