Make a new .BAT file and put this inside...

"%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5\MSBuild.exe" Build.Developement.proj

Now put this bat file into the base folder for the saga rev source. Run the file and saga will compile. (.NET 3.5 needed)
