Updating to newer Rev?

Well i just searched all over and yes ive used the search button.

I havent found a guide simple or one that explains well enough what i need to do to use a new revision.

I have a Mangos 2.0.10 TBC server, running on Navicat

Id just like to know the steps in detail and which would be the best revision and or DB update for me to use. If i cant do this on 2.0.10 then could anyone give me a tut or link to a guide on how to upgrade my server to 2.0.12 or what is needed.

Alot of the guides ive looked at dont include:

-A detailed description of what to do step by step
-A list of tools needed
-Links to the tools and items needed to complete this procedure

Id appreciate it if anyone could help me, or even post a link to a guide you think may help me.

This is latest mangos core files. Will also find compataible db for them too.

I need a list of tools needed to do what i need and a STEP BY STEP guide on how to do it.. not a "go get this" guide
