If you're trying to dump all of the wz's to XML, you're better off using this: http://forum.ragezone.com/f921/wz-dumper-665433/
WZ Dumper was built for dumping wz files and was recently updated to support the higher versions. HaRepacker is crashing either from a new property, an invalid/unsupported character, or incorrect encryption.
