[v83] Reactor.wz question

Hey guys, I was wondering why some of the reactors in v83 don't seem to run a script at all. I saw a node inside the reactor.wz called "Action" but it seems unused completely. Could someone explain to me the various nodes inside Reactor.wz and give a brief description of what they are used for?

iirc Reactors without a script are just used for drops
